Notifications
Tweshu may request permission to send push notifications. These notifications may include reminders, announcements, or other service-related updates connected to your use of the app. You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.
If notification services use an external identifier or push token to deliver messages to your device, that information is processed only to support notification delivery and related app functionality.
Retention and Deletion
We keep personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.
- Account and profile information is generally retained while your account remains active.
- Diagnostics and logs may be kept for shorter operational periods.
- Cached or local device data may remain on your device until cleared by the app or by you.
Tweshu includes an in-app account deletion flow. When you request account deletion, we delete or de-activate the account data needed to operate your profile and take reasonable steps to remove or de-identify related user data, except where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, backup integrity, or legal compliance.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures may include encrypted transport, access controls, managed infrastructure, and secure storage practices. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should also protect your device and credentials.

International Use
Your data may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, depending on hosting, support, or service-provider locations. Where applicable, we will rely on appropriate safeguards required by law for cross-border processing.
